SURVTRANS Survey Engineering Institute was established in 2008 with a clear objective: to provide practical, skill-based training in Survey Engineering and related technical applications and to help students move towards meaningful employment.

Over the years, the institute has developed a training approach combining theoretical understanding with practical field exposure. Students are introduced to surveying instruments, field measurement techniques, technical drawing, AutoCAD and other industry-relevant applications.

Today, approximately 2,000 trained students are engaged with different companies and in different designations. SURVTRANS-trained students are working across India and in international locations including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and South African countries.

Founder’s Story – SURVTRANS-এর পথচলা

২০০৮ সালে SURVTRANS Survey Engineering Institute-এর যাত্রা শুরু হয় একটি ছোট্ট স্বপ্ন নিয়ে—অভাবী ও কর্মপ্রত্যাশী যুবকদের দক্ষ করে কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ করে দেওয়ার লক্ষ্য নিয়ে।

আমার শৈশব কেটেছে অত্যন্ত সাধারণ ও অভাবের সংসারে। বাবা ছিলেন একজন প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক। সেই সময় শিক্ষকদের বেতন ছিল খুবই সামান্য। আমরা ছিলাম ছয় ভাইবোন, আর সেই সীমিত আয়ের মধ্যেই বাবা-মা অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম করে আমাদের মানুষ করেছেন। অভাব ছিল নিত্যসঙ্গী, কিন্তু তাঁরা কখনও আমাদের শিক্ষার সঙ্গে আপস করেননি। ছোটবেলা থেকেই অভাবের কষ্ট খুব কাছ থেকে দেখেছি। তখন থেকেই মনে একটি স্বপ্ন জন্ম নিয়েছিল—একদিন এমন কিছু করব, যাতে সাধারণ ও আর্থিকভাবে পিছিয়ে থাকা ছেলেমেয়েরা নিজের যোগ্যতায় কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ পায়।

Survey Engineering-এ প্রশিক্ষণ শেষ করে একটি সার্ভে কোম্পানিতে কাজ শুরু করি। সেখানে বেতন ছিল অল্প, কিন্তু শেখার সুযোগ ছিল অসীম। দীর্ঘদিনের অভিজ্ঞতা ও বাস্তব কাজের মাধ্যমে উপলব্ধি করি, সঠিক প্রশিক্ষণই একজন শিক্ষার্থীর ভবিষ্যৎ বদলে দিতে পারে। পরবর্তীতে শিক্ষকতার সুযোগ পাওয়ার পর সেই স্বপ্ন আরও দৃঢ় হয়।

এই বিশ্বাস থেকেই SURVTRANS-এর জন্ম। শুরুটা ছিল ছোট, কিন্তু লক্ষ্য ছিল বড়—শুধু শিক্ষা নয়, হাতে-কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ, বাস্তব প্রকল্পে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা এবং কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ তৈরি করা।

আজ SURVTRANS শুধু একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান নয়; এটি অসংখ্য শিক্ষার্থীর স্বপ্নপূরণের ঠিকানা। আমাদের প্রাক্তন শিক্ষার্থীরা দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে দক্ষতার সঙ্গে কাজ করছেন এবং নিজেদের পাশাপাশি পরিবার ও সমাজের উন্নয়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করছেন।

এই দীর্ঘ পথচলায় যাঁরা আমাদের পাশে থেকেছেন, বিশ্বাস করেছেন এবং অনুপ্রেরণা জুগিয়েছেন, তাঁদের সকলের প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা।

When SURVTRANS began in 2008, the vision was simple: to provide practical skills and create better employment opportunities for students, especially those looking for a career-oriented technical education. My own journey taught me the value of education, practical experience and perseverance. SURVTRANS was built from that belief. Today, seeing our students working in different parts of India and abroad is the greatest measure of our journey. We remain committed to supporting students with practical training, technical knowledge and professional confidence.
